The Fund is seeking quality employees to accomplish this mission. This position is responsible for conducting audits of participating Contractors. This position requires weekly regional travel. Why should you apply? 100% Employer paid Health/Dental/Vision Care/Prescription Benefits - 90/10 PPO Plan A full range of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder Benefits with very low out-of-pocket costs Available no-cost, telemedicine option to help manage Behavioral Health Concerns Health Reimbursement Account 100% Employer paid Retirement Plan, including Pension and Annuity Tuition Reimbursement 21 paid days off in year one, with increases based on years of service 1 remote work day per week to help promote work/life balance Weekly Pay Disability Benefits On-site gym As a Fund Auditor your job responsibilities will be: Perform on-site and off-site payroll audits of participating Contractors Ensure all accounts receivable invoicing is processed and posted in a timely manner Billing and collection of Contractor discrepancies Communicate with Participants and Contractors Monthly/Weekly reporting Prepare special reports as required Continuously update their knowledge of all current Benefit Plan policies and procedures Provide outstanding customer service Qualifications necessary to perform these duties: Strong Customer Service skills and the desire to provide each and every participant with outstanding service Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, specifically with Word, Excel, and Access Excellent social, oral and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion, respect and ethics Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies Ability to work within and across teams/departments, as well as individually Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
