Purpose and Job Summary
ORIX USA
("ORIX") is seeking candidates to support the Internal Audit team at ORIX USA.
This position will be in our Dallas, Texas office. This Intern will meet expected deadlines corresponding to business needs, work professionally and harmoniously with teams and coworkers, and fulfill all the essential duties and responsibilities listed below. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Help coordinate and track PBC (Prepared By Client) requests in Optro, including communicating with process owners, following up on outstanding items, and organizing documentation for audit testing. Complete audit testing over assigned audit areas in accordance with audit programs and guidance. Report regularly to Internal Audit team members on the status of assignments, key observations, and any issues encountered during fieldwork. Assist in drafting audit findings, reports, and recommendations for process improvements. Monitor the status of open audit findings and assist in follow-up procedures. Perform general administrative tasks, including entering time into Optro, organizing electronic files, and maintaining proper documentation. Maintains good relationships with internal managers and employees as well as external clients and others doing business with OCU. Other projects and duties as assigned. Contacts This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and managers. In addition, this role may interact with outside business partners and vendors.
