Partner Track Audit Leader (CPA)Salary :

Partner Track Audit Leader Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical review and quality control of audit engagements across public and not-for-profit clients
- Oversee and mentor staff, developing the next generation of audit professionals
- Drive process improvements and modernize audit workflows and systems
- Partner closely with leadership on client relationships, engagement execution, and firm strategy
- Play an active role in acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and ongoing portfolio support
- Contribute to business development efforts with additional incentive/commission opportunities
Partner Track Audit Leader Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 5–10+ years of audit experience within public accounting
- Strong experience with not-for-profit, public sector, or HUD-related audits
- Proven experience reviewing work and leading audit teams
- Process-oriented with the ability to improve workflows and implement efficiencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear interest in a Partner-track role and participating in firm growth and acquisitions #
