This is an excellent opportunity for an audit professional who values technical depth, client relationships, and long?term stability within a firm that prioritizes quality over volume. The firm places strong value on in?office collaboration , mentorship, and hands?on client service. While flexibility is offered through a hybrid schedule, managers who are present in the office are seen as more impactful leaders and are compensated accordingly. Office Commitment)
Audit Manager:
$120,000 - $150,000
Senior Audit Manager:
$150,000 - $185,000 Candidates with Affordable Housing, Nonprofit, and Yellow Book experience are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through issuance Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients Mentor and develop staff and seniors through hands?on leadership Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards Manage budgets, timelines, and engagement profitability Provide expertise in internal controls, fraud considerations, and risk assessment Support specialized audits, including Yellow Book engagements where applicable Work Model Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in the office per week The firm places higher value on managers who are consistently onsite Fully remote arrangements are rare and may impact level and compensation
