Job Description
Internal Auditor Description:
Responsible for executing SOX 404 control testing and internal audits to assess control effectiveness and ensure compliance with US GAAP. Supports the global internal audit function through walkthrough documentation, risk assessment, and audit execution. Key responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying risks, designing audit procedures, and delivering actionable audit findings. Partners with management to improve control effectiveness and ensure timely remediation of audit issues.Top Skills Required:

4-5+ years of experience (public accounting or corporate audit) Strong understanding of:SOX 404 COSO
framework Internal control design + testing Experience with: Manufacturing environments (inventory controls preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA or CIA strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
