Internal Audit / Finance The Opportunity As a Senior SOX Compliance Auditor for a leading global logistics provider, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and operational excellence. This isn't just about "checking boxes"-you will be a key advisor to the business, identifying risks before they manifest and helping us navigate the complexities of global trade, SEC filings, and our growing commitment to corporate sustainability.

Leadership:
Drive the end-to-end internal control lifecycle, including risk assessments, planning, and executing walkthroughs and testing to ensure robust compliance.
Strategic Improvement:
Go beyond identifying gaps; you will partner with department heads to recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen our control environment.
Financial Integrity:
Perform detailed quarterly financial statement reviews to support accurate and timely SEC filings.
Audit Liaison:
Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating their activities and ensuring a seamless, efficient audit process.
Special Projects:
Lead ad-hoc financial and operational projects that provide deep insights into the company's global logistics network.
qualifications:
Requirements:
  • BS degree
  • CPA or in progress
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting with experience in SOX 404 compliance and financial statement audits
  • Hybrid role with 5-15 % travel in the US skills:
