Vishay.com. Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Internal Auditor. The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for leading and executing internal audit engagements across the organization to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to identify risks, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

This is a HYBRID position located in Malvern, PA.
What you will be doing:
Lead and execute risk-based internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, operations, and compliance Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging risks; develop practical, value-added recommendations Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior leadership and stakeholders Partner with business leaders to ensure timely remediation of audit findings Perform data analysis and leverage audit tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation Assist with external audit coordination and regulatory examinations, as needed Mentor and review the work of junior auditors, providing coaching and development Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing What you will bring along: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA / CIA or other professional certification preferred
Experience:
