HR Manager Job Summary:
Hospital to Home LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Compliance Auditor to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid position is responsible for ensuring workforce compliance through the auditing of time and attendance records, employee certifications, and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in report analysis, have a working knowledge of HR compliance requirements, and possess a strong sense of accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and analyze employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and policy compliance. Generate and review workforce reports regularly to identify inconsistencies or issues in timekeeping and scheduling. Track and maintain employee certifications and compliance documents , including: Vaccination records I-9 forms OEMS affiliations FieldPrint background checks Ensure timely renewals and expirations of required credentials are tracked and addressed. Collaborate with HR and department managers to correct discrepancies and maintain compliance across workforce systems. Maintain organized digital records and support audits from regulatory bodies as needed. Support the HR team with additional compliance-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position . Candidates must have reliable internet access and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a home office setting.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, compliance, or auditing (healthcare industry preferred). Familiarity with timekeeping systems, HRIS platforms, and compliance tracking tools. Strong understanding of employment documentation and regulatory compliance (e.g., I-9, background checks). Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
