Audit:

The Global Internal Audit Department is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance and consulting services to all Grupo Bimbo organizations. The objective is to help them improve their operations by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommendations regarding the effectiveness of their governance, risk management and internal control. The internal auditors carry out audit projects in the 32 countries where Grupo Bimbo has operations, performing their work in all phases of the value chain, through a risk assessment approach of relevant processes that are part of the company's management systems. These include the supply of raw materials, through the production processes in the 197 plants we own, food safety systems, asset maintenance, storage, distribution, commercial execution, production costs, finance, and information systems, to corporate and strategic functions of the company. ‍ Being a Trainee implies a great opportunity, but it also entails a high degree of commitment and maturity.
