Exempt / Non-Exempt (to be determined) Position Summary The QA Auditor is responsible for evaluating and auditing warehouse operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, inventory accuracy, and established procedures. This role focuses on validating inventory processes, identifying discrepancies, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational quality within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Inspection & Auditing Conduct internal audits of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and shipping Verify accuracy of labeling, packaging, and inventory documentation Support physical inventories and audits at other warehouse locations Maintain accurate and organized audit records Non-Conformance Detection & Reporting Identify inventory discrepancies, misplaced merchandise, and process errors Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports Continuous Improvement Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions Training & Communication Communicate audit findings clearly to relevant departments Assist with training staff on quality procedures and best practices Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience using scanners and basic office equipment Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication and teamwork skills Professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and proactive mindset Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand and walk frequently in a warehouse environment Occasional lifting of light materials (up to 20 lbs) Exposure to warehouse noise levels and varying temperaturesPay:
