Payroll Auditor

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing submitted time card records for hourly employees. Responsibilities Review timecards and payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues with employees and managers. Complete and submit retroactive adjustments and deductions for payroll processing. Manage hourly employee attendance and maintain accurate records. Utilize fleet tracking software for auditing of time records Prepare and submit required reports related to findings, risks and patterns Utilize various software to compare records for accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role within an accounting or human resources environment. Proficiency in financial software and fleet tracking software .Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
