Job Description

Internal Job Posting Duties and Responsibilities:
Support investigating potential internal fraud and other ethics and compliance matters as assigned. Utilize data analytics and incorporate analytics into the investigation process to provide visibility into potentially fraudulent activities Support developing summary reports that clearly outline conclusions, business impacts, and recommendations resulting from investigations Assist in making recommendations on control environment improvements and fraud prevention techniques Assist in continuously improving the investigations team's processes and practices Willing to travel up to 20% of the time, sometimes on short notice Foster and develop relationships across the business with subject matter experts and work with our business partners to analyze issues, establish and improve collaborative client relationships, and make recommendations to improve internal controls
Education Required:
4-year bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other relevant fields ​
Experience Required:
1 year in
Audit or Investigations Experience Preferred:
2 years in
Audit or Investigations Licenses/Certification Preferred:
CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CFI (Certified Forensic Investigator), and/or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred but not required
Technical Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of interview, investigation, and/or other forensic techniques is preferred. Demonstrated success working in a large, complex, multi-national company. CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CFI (Certified Forensic Investigator), and/or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analytics tool Alteryx desired. Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communication as well as visualizations. Ability and willingness to ask difficult questions. Capability to think outside of the box and look for alternative solutions to problems. Ability to ask deeper questions about the reasons behind actions rather than just completion. Ability to identify risks within process by "what could go wrong" mentality.
