About the Role We're looking for junior and senior-level auditors with 0-5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Auditor , you'll be an integral member of the audit team, traveling to client locations and gaining invaluable hands-on experience across diverse industries. You'll work with clients in fields such as electrical utilities, telecommunications, government organizations, nonprofits, and employee benefit plans — offering a variety of opportunities to expand your skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation Complete audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional standards Understand and adhere to firm policies and procedures Participate in training courses to further develop technical skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA exam eligibility preferred Experience with current audit and tax software and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently About BSGM Founded in 1954 , Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, L.L.P. has been proudly serving clients across the South Plains and nationwide for over 70 years .
