Who you are:
Enjoy delivering excellent client service, with superior results. Hands-on and passionate about developing yourself and others. As an Assurance Senior, you'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing and completing prepared, compiled, and reviewed financial statement engagements and serving as a point of contact with clients. What you'll be doing: Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress. Effectively and efficiently run assigned assurance engagements, compliant with professional standards and within budget expectations, which includes planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements. Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Build strong internal relationship within ATKG Assurance and across other services. Coach, supervise and conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff. Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures. Provide technical and software training for new employees. Provide day-to-day help to staff and interns. Promote the firm by participating in associations, chapters, and local events. Identify additional client needs and follow ups. Communicate with clients as needed. Requirements Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field, Master's degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred. 3-5 years of audit experience in public accounting setting. Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques. Understanding of GAAP. Experience with the entire audit process. Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies. Results oriented with attention to detail.
