Role Description The Staff Associate supports audit engagements by performing foundational audit procedures and assisting in the execution of audits for a diverse client base, including privately held companies and public entities. This role is responsible for preparing workpapers, performing testing procedures, and ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on schedule while adhering to professional and regulatory standards. Working closely with senior associate and engagement leadership, the Staff Associate gains exposure to accounting and auditing principles, develops technical skills, and contributes to engagement quality through attention to detail and proactive communication. This role provides a strong foundation for professional growth through on-the-job learning, collaboration, and mentorship within the audit team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Eligibility to sit for the

U.S. CPA

exam preferred; active pursue of

U.S. CPA

license encouraged. 0-3 years of public accounting audit experience or relevant internship experience. Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and foundational knowledge of

U.S. GAAS

preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to details and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products; Willingness to learn Audit and Accounting Software.
