Job Summary As the Assurance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Firm's assurance practice. Working closely with Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners, you'll lead engagement teams, maintain strong client relationships, and help deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive mindset focused on both client service and business development. Daily Duties
  • Lead and supervise assurance engagements from planning through completion
  • Review workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform and oversee risk-based audit procedures tailored to client-specific risks
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout engagements
  • Guide and mentor Seniors, Associates, and Interns through coaching and development
  • Assist clients with technical accounting, reporting, and compliance matters
  • Support assurance services including financial statement audits, financial statement reviews, agreed-upon procedures, employee benefit plan audits, and SOC reporting
  • Support advisory engagements including risk assessments, internal controls, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development efforts
  • Manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining high-quality service standards Qualifications & Skills Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA license preferred or actively pursuing certification
  • 4+ years of relevant public accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and assurance standards
  • Experience supervising engagement teams and reviewing staff work
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management abilities Preferred
  • Experience with employee benefit plan audits or SOC engagements
  • Background in advisory or consulting-related services
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • Public accounting experience in a professional services environment Required Competencies

Pay:
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
