Job DescriptionJob Description Audit Manager About the Role Growing CPA firm looking to add an Auditor who enjoys a mix of audit, reviews, and compilations . This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the ability to see engagements from start to finish. What You'll Do Assist with and lead audit and review engagements Prepare and complete compilation engagements , including financial statements Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and adjusting entries Work directly with clients to gather information and resolve questions Support year-end and interim engagements Collaborate with partners and help guide junior staff (Senior level) What We're Looking For Public accounting experience (audit, reviews, or compilations) CPA or actively pursuing (preferred) Understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple projects Why This Role Exposure to a variety of clients and industries More client interaction than typical audit-only roles Opportunity to build both technical and advisory skills Collaborative, smaller firm environment where your work is visible What We Offer Competitive compensation + bonus potential Hybrid flexibility Clear path for growth Supportive, team-oriented culture If you're looking for a role that blends audit + client-facing accounting work in a smaller firm setting, we'd love to connect.
