We are seeking a qualified and dependable Auto Body Collision Estimator to join our Anchorage team. In this role, you will inspect vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, guide customers through the repair process, and help ensure a smooth experience from drop-off to delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment where communication, accuracy, and service matter. Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally while identifying their repair needs Inspect, analyze, and evaluate damaged vehicles Prepare accurate and detailed collision repair estimates for labor, parts, and materials Explain the complete repair process, claims process, payment procedures, timelines, and repair expectations to customers Help convert estimates into repair orders through strong customer service and follow-through Order parts needed to begin repairs Track funds associated with repairs Communicate with insurance adjusters and provide documentation needed for claims processing Build and maintain positive working relationships with insurance partners, dealerships, fleet accounts, and customers Review vehicles prior to delivery and explain quality control processes and warranty information to customers Support customer satisfaction goals and help maintain strong CSI performance Work closely with production, parts, and customer service teams to support an efficient repair process What You'll Bring 2+ years of prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance adjuster CCC ONE and/or Mitchell estimating experience Experience with parts ordering systems such as CCC, OPS, or PartsTrader Ability to explain repair information clearly and professionally to customers and partners Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Valid driver's license with safe driving record What's in it for you?
