In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire auto body estimation process, manage repair workflows, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your expertise in automotive repair, mechanical systems, and dealership operations will drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity in auto body repairs. Responsibilities Evaluate vehicle damage accurately using auto estimating software and mechanical knowledge to determine repair scope and costs. Manage the entire repair process from initial estimate to final quality inspection, ensuring timely completion. Lead and motivate a team of technicians, service writers, and support staff to achieve operational goals. Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and vendors to streamline communication and expedite repairs. Upsell additional services such as Window Tint, Tires, Oil changes etc. Maintain detailed documentation of all estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions for transparency and accountability. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven Auto Body experience with a strong background in auto service management Hands-on experience combined with service expertise in automotive repair processes. Hands-on CCC ONE estimating experience (required) Proven track record negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters Exceptional customer service skills paired with sales acumen to upsell services confidently. Strong leadership abilities to manage a team efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality work.
