As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair. A day in the Life of an Estimator at ProColor Collision Review damage reports, repair orders and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed. Create repair estimates for potential clients according to ProColor Collision and insurance companies best practices/guidelines. Ensure estimate follow-up to maximize closing ratio. Collaborate with client experience personnel to ensure exceptional follow-up and service. Monitor vehicle production in collaboration with production and parts efficiency managers to ensure timely delivery.

Our ideal candidate is someone:

High school or college automotive body repair diploma Understands DRP Guidelines from insurance partners Collision repair experience in estimating/sales Some knowledge with estimating systems Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Why join ProColor Collision ?
