Must have:
- a minimum of 3 years experience and be proficient in CCC1, and Ultramate estimating systems.
- Must also have knowledge of Direct Repair Programs.
- ICAR Certification is recommended
- Ability to evaluate and assess heavy Collision Damage on vehicles
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of "Fit & Finish"
- Excellent Communication skills needed
- Knowledge of ALLDATA Great opportunity for advancement.
