This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on estimating expertise, ensuring that accident damages are accurately bid, efficiently managed, and successfully completed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for shop management, and demonstrate exceptional skills in cost control, negotiation, and great customer service. Join our team and play a vital role in driving growth, maintaining high standards, and delivering outstanding results for our customers. Responsibilities Lead the development of detailed estimates using industry-standard software ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Oversee all aspects of collision repair from drop off to delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Manage client relationships through effective negotiation of contracts, scope of work, and pricing to secure profitable projects. Coordinate with team members to monitor repair progress and resolve issues promptly. Review estimates thoroughly to identify potential risks or discrepancies early in the process.
