In addition, we are seeking an estimator with good customer service/ sales skills.

PAY RANGE

$32 per hour base rate, plus performance bonuses. Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly in a timely manner and determine customer's needs accurately to ensure a high degree of customer service Write estimates Work directly with technicians to assist in all repairs Be knowledgeable of repair procedures Ensure that repairs performed on customer's vehicles are accurate and consistent with estimates made

Qualifications:

One year minimum experience as an Estimator is preferred Superior CSI A valid and clean driver's license Effective communication Knowledgeable with computers CDK/Paycom experience preferred but not a necessity Must have great attention to detail and follow-up Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Pass a criminal background screening Pass a drug test

Pay Defined:

The Estimator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $32.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.
