Assist with dealership accounts, wholesale repair programs, and wholetail hail repair processes. Help build and improve SOPs, documentation, procedures, and accountability systems. Work directly with ownership to improve profitability, production, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in auto body, collision repair, dealership service, estimating, insurance claims, service advising, or shop management strongly preferred. Prior experience as an estimator, production manager, service manager, body shop manager, or dealership service/repair leader is preferred. Strong understanding of insurance claims, supplements, repair documentation, parts, labor operations, and repair workflow. Ability to lead people, solve problems, and make good decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills with customers, technicians, insurance adjusters, dealerships, and vendors. Highly organized and able to manage multiple vehicles, customers, claims, and priorities at the same time. Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop during hail season. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge, R&I experience, parts knowledge, or hands-on shop experience is a plus. Must be dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to follow through without constant supervision. Must have a valid driver's license. Schedule Full-time position. Standard shop hours are currently Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, but this role may require adjusted hours during busy hail season. Preferred schedule may be closer to 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM depending on shop needs, customer volume, and the candidate's strengths. Seasonal overtime or extended hours may be needed during major hail events. Compensation $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience, ability, and performance. Performance bonus opportunities available for the right candidate. Why Join Us Hansford's is a family-owned repair shop with a strong reputation in Colorado Springs and a growing presence in hail repair, insurance work, dealership relationships, wholesale repair, and body shop services.
