A growing collision repair facility in Commerce City is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator who understands both the front-end customer experience and the behind-the-scenes production process that keeps a shop profitable and efficient. This is not an entry-level estimating position. We're looking for someone who already understands collision repair, insurance processes, supplements, and how to keep vehicles moving through the shop without sacrificing quality. Why Commerce City? What You'll Be Responsible For Inspecting damaged vehicles and creating complete repair plans Identifying hidden damage and repair requirements early in the process Writing accurate estimates and supplements Working directly with insurance carriers and adjusters Updating customers throughout the repair process Coordinating with technicians, parts personnel, and production staff Managing repair files from intake through delivery Helping maintain cycle time and repair quality standards What We're Looking For Previous collision estimating experience required Strong understanding of collision repair procedures Knowledge of insurance claims and supplement processes Ability to prioritize multiple repairs simultaneously Professional communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Mitchell estimating experience preferred DRP experience is a plus Valid driver's license What You'll Find Here Consistent repair volume Established production processes Strong technician support Leadership focused on growth and accountability Modern equipment and repair procedures Opportunity to build long-term career growth We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, not someone looking for a place to hide behind a computer screen.
