We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

The Auto Body Estimator is responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed estimates, and working closely with customers, insurance companies, and our repair team to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide outstanding service throughout the repair process. Inspect damaged vehicles to determine necessary repairs. Prepare accurate, thorough estimates using estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, or similar). Communicate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and gain approval on repair estimates. Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper parts and repair procedures. Maintain detailed records of estimates, supplements, and customer interactions. Ensure timely follow-up with customers and insurance partners. Support the production team to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an auto body estimator or similar role preferred. Proficient with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, or similar). Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and insurance guidelines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license.
