We're seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our Dyer Collision team at our Fort Pierce location, providing accurate estimates and ensuring seamless repair processes, aligning with our mission of excellence and trust. We're looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to evaluate and estimate repair costs for vehicles post-accident, collaborating with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to deliver timely and precise service. This full-time, on-site role at our Fort Pierce collision center operates Monday through Friday, requiring strong technical knowledge and customer service skills. What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience as a Collision Estimator or in a related role within the automotive industry Strong understanding of automotive anatomy, mechanics, and repair processes Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One and Mitchell, ensuring precise and efficient workflows

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and estimate the cost of repairs for vehicles involved in accidents, ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians to identify and price all necessary repairs Communicate clearly with customers, explaining the repair process and addressing their questions with confidence Review and negotiate repair estimates with insurance adjusters to secure fair and accurate agreements Maintain detailed and accurate records of all estimates and repairs in our service database Why Dyer Collision?
