Job Description
Visually inspect and evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of structural, interior, and mechanical damage Use industry software (such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex ) to calculate exact labor times, material costs, and parts required for the repair. Negotiate repair costs and processes with insurance adjusters, submit supplements for hidden damage, and ensure proper claim approvals. Explain the repair and insurance processes to clients, provide expected delivery dates, and keep them updated on their vehicle's status. Review completed work orders, collaborate with body technicians to ensure all details are addressed, and conduct a final quality check before vehicle delivery. Strong familiarity with estimating software (e.g., CCC One) and basic office tools. A solid understanding of vehicle construction, mechanical systems, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) repair standards. Must be able to multitask and handle multiple files/vehicles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
