This role is critical in delivering accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring a smooth repair process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates Write estimates using industry-standard software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and costs Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate and finalize repair approvals Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed (supplements) Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures and parts usage Order parts and verify pricing/availability when required Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and communications Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle Requirements Previous experience as a collision repair estimator required I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with DRP programs Strong customer service mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency with estimating platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex) Strong understanding of collision repair processes and procedures Excellent negotiation and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines simultaneously Valid driver's license Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities (if applicable) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding operation Supportive, team-driven culture Modern facility and consistent workflow
