Graham Collision is a locally owned and operated collision repair shop that's been helping Iowa drivers get back on the road for over 50 years. We've built our reputation on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. As a trusted name in auto body repair, we're looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Collision Repair Estimator to our team at our Davenport location.
Job Summary:
The Collision Repair Estimator is responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and care Inspect vehicle damage and create accurate, thorough repair estimates using CCC ONE software Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and maintain proper documentation Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs align with the approved estimate Keep customers informed on repair status and timelines Maintain accurate records in shop management systems Support the team in ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Collision Repair Estimator or similar role Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software (CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell) Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Valid driver's license I-CAR certification or equivalent training preferred (not required) Why Join Us?
