We have been around for 40+ years and continue to serve our customers in Burr Ridge and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in collision estimating. We have an immediate position opening that we are looking to fill with the right candidate. Our work environment is laid back and you won't have the stress trying to meet the high demands set by MSO's.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers in person, phone, and email Ability to write accurate and detailed estimates using CCCone Order parts using various electronic systems Manage outstanding Account Receivables Participate in daily production meetings Confirm appointments and follow up on pending sales

Qualifications:

Prior estimating experience at a collision repair shop with focus on production, sales & customer service Attention to detail in estimates and throughout the repair process Ability to communicate and work with customers and shop staff in a fast paced environment Knowledge of insurance DRP guidelines and willingness to adapt to changing environment Thorough knowledge of CCCone, partstrader, Alldata, and other relevant software programs Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to diverse audiences. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently with customer needs and shop goals in mind Engaging and dynamic personality preferred Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle I-CAR preferred Minimum 5 years estimating experience in a production shop environment
