You will be the vital link between customers, insurance companies, and our repair technicians, ensuring accurate damage evaluations and seamless communication. Paid training is included to help you succeed from day one! Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs using auto estimating software and mechanical knowledge. Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair estimates, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim processes. Prepare detailed repair estimates that include parts, labor, and time requirements, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Assist with vehicle diagnostics, including identifying issues related to transmissions, brakes, suspensions, alignments, tire services, oil changes, shocks & struts, diesel engines, air brakes, and other automotive systems. Maintain organized records of estimates, customer interactions, and repair progress while adhering to dealership policies. Experience Familiarity with auto estimating tools and automotive diagnostics is a plus; mechanical knowledge helps in understanding vehicle repairs comprehensively. Previous experience in customer service or sales enhances your ability to build rapport with clients and promote additional services. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including auto body repair, transmissions, oil changes, tire service, suspension work, brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, alignment services, diesel engine repairs, air brake systems, and mechanical troubleshooting is a plus. Experience handling cash transactions or working within auto service management systems supports efficient workflow. A proactive attitude towards learning about automobile sales processes and automotive repair techniques will help you excel in this role. Bilingual preferred.
