Job Description As a Virtual Auto Supplement Estimator on our NEST team, you will be responsible for reviewing and writing supplemental vehicle damage estimates. In this role, you'll partner closely with body shops and customers, evaluating vehicle damage through photos, documentation, and repair requests to produce accurate, highquality supplements in a fastpaced, highproduction virtual environment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in technical estimating skills, a solid understanding of repair procedures, and the confidence to negotiate effectively with repair facilities. Experience in CCC and Microsoft applications is essential. Candidates located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones are highly preferred, along with prior experience in the auto insurance industry. Key Responsibilities
- Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
- Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
- Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
- Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits Supervisory Responsibilities
