HIGH-PERFORMING BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR WANTED - DREAM COLLISION

Tired of Weak Shops, Slow Production, and Low Pay? Dream Collision is aggressively growing and looking for a killer estimator that knows how to move metal, manage insurance companies, write strong supplements, and drive serious production. If you can write accurate estimates, maximize opportunities, control repair flow, and handle customers professionally while producing results, we want you on our team immediately. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a motivated estimator that can handle pressure, think fast, communicate aggressively, and help build one of the top collision operations in the region.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Writing high-quality collision estimates using CCC ONE Identifying missed damage and writing profitable supplements Working directly with insurance adjusters and customers Managing repair flow from intake to delivery Coordinating with technicians, parts, and production Helping maximize cycle time efficiency and profitability Maintaining OEM-quality repair standards Keeping customers updated and confident throughout repairs

Collision estimating experience

REQUIRED CCC ONE
