GoAuto Team What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and communicate all total loss settlements per company and state guidelines. Understands the total loss evaluation methodology process with the ability to effectively communicate these to vehicle owners. Has basic understanding of vehicle financing/leasing Reviews damage estimates to confirm vehicles are total losses. Documents all settlements and actions in the claim file system Maintains an effective diary system on pending files. Prioritizes and handle multiple task simultaneously. Communicate claims procedures and process to involved parties verbally and in writing. Prepares payments to vehicle owners, banks, and lease companies. Comply with all required reporting requirements, such as ISO, CMS, etc.
What We're Looking For Qualifications:
Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines license Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of relevant work experience to include: Auto Liability Claims handling Total Loss Experience Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment Multitasking and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Computer Skills
