Communicate with insurance adjusters to review estimates, secure approvals, and manage supplemental claims when additional damage is discovered.

Customer Service:

Explaining repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers while providing regular updates on the status of their vehicles.

Parts Management:

Identifying required OEM or aftermarket parts and coordinating with the parts department to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Control:

Collaborating with the shop manager and technicians to ensure the repair plan is followed and that the final output meets safety and quality standards.
