Up to $75K+ (+ Commission) About the
Role:
Akiki Auto Body, an OEM-certified and I-CAR Gold Certified collision shop, is seeking a skilled Licensed Auto Damage Appraiser to join our team. You will be appraising and handling damage repairs of cars, medium and heavy-duty trucks. You will focus on blueprinting and repair planning, working with modern vehicles and EVs to ensure repairs are completed to pre-loss condition using manufacturer-approved procedures with full transparency.
What You'll Do:
Develop precise repair plans . Write detailed, transparent repair estimates adhering to repair standards. Work with modern vehicles and EVs , utilizing state-of-the-art tools and processes. Collaborate with technicians, insurers, and customers for efficient repair timelines.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as an Auto Damage Appraiser with strong skills in blueprinting and repair planning. Proficiency with CCC1 estimating software. Knowledge of repair procedures and EV repair processes. Commitment to full transparency , quality, and safety. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
