Automotive Damage Appraiser/Collision Estimator Apex Auto Center - Marlborough, MA Apex Auto Center is a family-owned collision repair facility in Marlborough, MA. Since 2014, we have built strong insurance relationships and a reputation for high-quality repairs and professional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Damage Appraiser to join our growing team. Position Overview The Automotive Damage Appraiser is responsible for writing accurate and complete collision repair estimates, managing supplements, and ensuring repairs are properly documented and executed according to industry and OEM standards. This role directly impacts cycle time, production efficiency, and overall shop profitability. Responsibilities Perform thorough vehicle damage analysis and full repair blueprinting Write complete estimates and supplements using CCC ONE Ensure repair plans restore vehicles to pre-loss condition and safety standards Work directly with insurance companies and DRP programs Communicate clearly with technicians, parts department, and customers Maintain strong workflow efficiency from intake through delivery Support positive business relationships with insurance partners and vendors Qualifications Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License required Proficiency in CCC ONE estimating system Minimum one year experience writing estimates and supplements in a collision repair environment Strong knowledge of insurance procedures and DRP processes Strong communication and organizational skills ICAR certification preferred Valid driver's license required What We Offer Paid time off and holiday pay Paid training and development opportunities Employee discounts Stable, long-term career opportunity within a growing company Schedule Monday through Friday.
