Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage resulting from collisions and other incidents. Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software. Communicate with repair facilities, vehicle owners, and insurance representatives. Review repair procedures and identify required parts and labor operations. Document vehicle damage with detailed notes and photographs. Assist with supplemental estimates and repair reviews. Maintain professional customer service throughout the claims process. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency with computers and software applications Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Customer service orientation and professional demeanor Basic knowledge of vehicle parts, systems, and repair processes
