We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing shop. If you are motivated, take pride in your workmanship, and have strong diagnostic abilities, we want to hear from you. Position Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience Ability to perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting Strong understanding of drivability, check engine light, and system diagnostics Experience with brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and engine repairs Ability to use diagnostic scan tools and service information systems Maryland State Inspector License is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform electrical troubleshooting and advanced diagnostics Complete repair orders with detailed notes and recommendations Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines Deliver high-quality workmanship on every repair Compensation Flat Rate Pay Structure Competitive pay based on experience and productivity Consistent workflow and opportunities for advancement Why Join Tito Auto Care?
