In this role, you will be the key point of contact for assessing vehicle damages, preparing accurate repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and technicians to ensure seamless repair processes. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the estimation workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and a drive to provide top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, utilizing automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical expertise to assess repair needs. Prepare detailed, accurate auto damage estimates using estimating software, ensuring all repairs are accounted for properly. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction. Collaborate with technicians and body shop staff to coordinate repairs, parts ordering, and scheduling to optimize workflow. Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience Proven experience in dealership or automotive service management with a strong background in auto estimating. Knowledge of various automotive repairs including auto body repairs, wheel alignments, suspension work. Demonstrated ability in upselling services and automobile sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Prior experience working with auto estimating software and understanding of automotive repair processes will set candidates apart.
