Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, utilizing automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical expertise to assess repair needs. Prepare detailed, accurate auto damage estimates using estimating software, ensuring all repairs are accounted for properly. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction. Collaborate with technicians and body shop staff to coordinate repairs, parts ordering, and scheduling to optimize workflow. Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience Proven experience in dealership or automotive service management with a strong background in auto estimating. Knowledge of various automotive repairs including auto body repairs, wheel alignments, suspension work. Demonstrated ability in upselling services and automobile sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Prior experience working with auto estimating software and understanding of automotive repair processes will set candidates apart.
