Do you want an opportunity to start are career vs. just a job? This position may be for you. This is an entry-level position designed to train the right candidate in all facets of the collision repair estimating process. You will work closely with our experienced Estimators and Production team, learning how to assess vehicle damage accurately, calculate repair costs, and communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters. Key Responsibilities (Training Focus): Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of damage and necessary repairs Learn to use industry-standard estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Audatex). Understand and interpret insurance guidelines and proper repair procedures to write the most accurate estimate possible while maximizing profit. Support the administrative tasks related to the estimation process. Develop excellent customer service skills, explaining estimates clearly and answering questions professionally. Negotiate with insurance adjusters on the customers' behalf to ensure vehicle is repaired to manufacturer standards. Explain repair processes and estimate details to customers in a clear and comprehensible manner. Work closely with the repair team to convey repair requirements and ensure clarity on the scope of work.

Basic Computer Proficiency:

Commitment to providing exceptional service. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record. Prior experience in an automotive environment or vocational training is a plus, but not required. Professional Appearance.
