WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLISION CENTER ESTIMATOR

Oversee the entire repair process from start to finish Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Plan repairs with OE-procedure accuracy and maintain high CSI standards Drive results while managing workflow efficiently

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR COLLISION CENTER ESTIMATOR

Pay:

Competitive base salary plus sliding scale commission allows top producers to be some of the highest paid in the industry - top producers achieve $130k in sales per month while maintaining a GP over 40%

Schedule:

Full-time position with steady DRP volume and consistent workflow.
