Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Appraiser / Used Car Manager to join our Vehicle Acquisition Team. This role is responsible for evaluating, appraising, and purchasing vehicles from consumers, auctions, dealers, and other sourcing channels. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and brings strong industry knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to stay aligned with current market trends and vehicle values. Requirements Prior automotive appraising or used car management experience required Experience with vAuto or similar platforms (NADA, KBB, Black Book) preferred Strong computer skills and market awareness Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bilingual is a plus, but not required If you are driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we'd love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities Contact leads generated through KBB Instant Cash Offer Schedule appointments for vehicle inspections and appraisals Perform comprehensive vehicle evaluations Present and negotiate purchase offers with sellers Complete and submit all necessary purchase documentation Follow up with prospective sellers as needed Track and report vehicle acquisition activity Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in the automotive industry Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in appraisal tools such as vAuto or similar platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills Goal-oriented with strong closing and follow-up abilities Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
