Hours:

Monday

• Friday, 8:00AM
• 5:00PM.

Saturday by appointment;

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate, detailed collision repair estimates using CCC or Mitchell platforms. Meet with customers to assess damage, explain estimates, answer questions, and upsell quality repairs or OEM parts. Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to plan repair scopes and timelines. Work with customers, body shop staff, and insurance adjusters to manage claims and approvals. Support shop growth goals through sales-oriented estimating and consistent customer experiences. Manage the workflow and Technicians Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Manager the Technicians and shop compliance

Candidate Qualifications:

Experience in auto body estimating or solid background in paint/body repair. Familiarity with industry software (CCC One, Mitchell) preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple claims. Ability to work under pressure; estimators are the face of the shop, balancing expectations from techs, insurers, and clients Commission or bonus structure based on sales or gross profit commonly offered in estimating roles.
