The Role As a Fleet Damage Manager your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assesses damage to prioritize vehicles for repair and/or salvage, ensuring all related repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with established company guidelines
  • Coordinate all in house and external repairs, working with vendors and 3rd parties to process vehicles repairs efficiently and cost effectively
  • Manage department budget performance, productivity, financial and asset controls and adhere to audit and financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards You'll play a vital role in supporting the company's strategic goals while contributing to daily operations and long-term initiatives.
Candidate Profile We're looking for individuals who demonstrate: Experience in Automotive Collision industry, ideally with years estimating experience Strong knowledge of estimating systems, CCC, Mitchell or Audatex Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solution-focused mindset Relevant qualifications such as ICAR, state inspector are preferred If you're passionate about making a difference and eager to work with like-minded professionals, we want to hear from you.
