Position Summary The Collision Center Estimator is responsible for assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate repair estimates. This role works closely with customers, insurance companies, and the collision center team to ensure repairs are handled efficiently and correctly. The Estimator reports directly to the Collision Center Production Manager and Collision Center Manager. Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts required for repair or replacement Determine whether parts should be repaired or replaced based on cost and practicality Evaluate whether repair is feasible or if the vehicle should be considered a total loss Prepare and submit insurance documentation with repair estimates and recommendations Communicate and negotiate directly with insurance companies Qualifications Valid PA Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser license Strong understanding of auto collision repair processes and industry standards Ability to follow all federal, state, local, and company safety regulations Experience with CCC One repair software preferred Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Compensation & Benefits Salary of $60,000-$90,000, based on experience Commission opportunities based on sales $5,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Disability and life insurance Paid Time Off
