Asset Remarketing Representative NOTE:

This position is NOT remote and will be required to be onsite full-time. Overview Manage and execute the company strategy for asset remarketing and asset disposition. Primary activities will focus on obtaining the highest possible net sale proceeds, while managing expenses and asset cycle time. Responsibilities Working with Auto IMS and RDN. Consigns vehicles to auto auctions, wholesalers, and salvage auctions. Coordinate transportation of assets for sale at auctions or dealer wholesale Arrange delivery of vehicle upon redemption Transmits used vehicle information through Auto IMS for the auto auctions. Make proper decision on reconditioning of assets to ensure highest net sale proceeds. Manage all expenses incurred in the asset disposition process. Follows up on all titles needed by Auction. Provides all documentation necessary for individual states. Ensure asset is not sold prior to expiration of required legal documentation. Properly price asset, represent ILS during bidding process, accept/decline bids. Ensure disposition cycle-time targets are met. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Familiarity with Copart & RDN is required. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 5 years' experience remarketing automotive assets. Must possess a working knowledge of the mechanical aspects of automotive repair. Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, competent decision-making abilities to limit risk to the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build strong relationships including a high level of character and integrity. Must have skill set with Microsoft Office, Auto IMS and RDN Ability to travel as necessary. Complete understanding of the automotive wholesale industry, including the correlation and roles of automobile dealers, financial services companies, and auction houses. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales, outside sales, or sales management. Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in retail math. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to analyze data effectively and make strategic decisions based on findings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to drive results through innovative remarketing strategies. Working Conditions Overtime work may be required throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs. Shifts and/or schedules may change as needed. Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call. Ability to travel to other facilities as needed. (minimum travel) Ability to maintain confidentiality.
