We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has a strong attention to detail. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can balance customer interaction with technical estimating responsibilities.

What Youll DoCustomer ExperienceServe as the first point of contact for customersboth in person and over the phoneGuide customers through the repair process with empathy, clarity, and professionalismCoordinate appointments, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experienceWork closely with insurance partners and internal teams to keep repairs moving efficientlyEstimating & Repair PlanningPrepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry toolsAssess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with techniciansCommunicate estimates and repair timelines clearly to customers and insurersMonitor job progress and update estimates as neededWhat Were Looking ForStrong customer service skills with a people-first mindsetExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environmentPrior experience in collision repair, estimating, or automotive industry is a plus (but were willing to train the right person)Positive attitude and a team-oriented approachWhy Join Key Collision?
