We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Property Damage Specialist who is passionate about helping clients navigate the property damage portion of their claims while delivering a high level of customer care. Position Summary The Property Damage Specialist is responsible for managing the property damage aspect of personal injury cases from start to finish. This role requires frequent communication with Spanish- and English-speaking clients, insurance adjusters, repair facilities, rental companies, and tow yards to ensure claims are resolved efficiently and clients receive timely updates throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of property damage claims from intake through resolution. Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding the status of their claims. Coordinate with insurance adjusters, body shops, tow yards, storage facilities, and rental car companies. Obtain and review insurance policies, repair estimates, total loss valuations, and settlement offers. Submit documentation required by insurance carriers and follow up until claims are resolved. Assist clients with vehicle repairs, rental vehicles, total loss settlements, and property damage-related concerns. Document all client communication and claim activity accurately in Filevine . Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Work closely with Case Managers, Attorneys, and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Escalate complex claim issues when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience handling property damage claims in a U.S. personal injury law firm or auto insurance environment. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of:
Auto insurance claims Liability and coverage verification Vehicle repair process Rental vehicle coordination Total loss claims Excellent client communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Filevine or similar legal case management software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred Experience working with California personal injury cases. Knowledge of lienholders, salvage, diminished value, and subrogation is a plus. Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based law firm.
